Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and fourteen international destinations. We hope to expand our list of international shipping destinations in the near future, so please stay in touch.

Your order confirmation email should arrive within 15 minutes of placing your order. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folders. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please email us at hello@goodbitesbox.com and a customer service associate will resend a copy.

Email us at hello@goodbitesbox.com and we'll forward you a copy of our tracking number as soon as your box leaves our shipment facility. Please be sure to check your spam or promotions tabs and add hello@goodbitesbox.com to your contact list to make sure you receive the email.

We do our best to package all shipments as securely as possible. Occasionally, some damage may be noted as a result of a rough journey to your doorstep. Simply send us an email at hello@goodbitesbox.com and include any photos of the damage. We will be happy to help right away!

If you have a subscription and you’d like to update the credit card or billing address you have on file, please 1) Log into your online account 2) Click on the Subscriptions Tab 3) Click “View Details” 4) click Update “Billing Information” 5) Enter you new billing information and 6) click “Update” to save.
